About me
I’m a specialist in commercial law, who focuses on the healthcare sector. As part of this, I work with a broad range of NHS organisations and private healthcare companies, while I also support charities, community interest companies and life sciences firms.
I advise on matters relating to contracting arrangements, joint ventures and collaborations as well as outsourcing, transactions, public-sector projects, healthtech and intellectual property.
Trust is important to me, and I go the extra mile to build lasting partnerships with my clients. I leave no stone unturned, familiarising myself with the client’s business, day-to-day challenges and aspirations, so I can deliver the commercially savvy advice they need to make smart decisions.
Results-driven, I’m committed to securing the best possible outcomes for my clients. It’s always so rewarding to play a part in helping them secure success and achieve their long term goals.
