About me
I’m a corporate real estate specialist, who focuses particularly on retail, investment and development acquisitions. I’m especially experienced at handling bulk disposals and acquisitions as well as advising on investment acquisitions such as retail parks and shopping centres.
I act for large retailers, from food companies to high street brands, and throughout my career I’ve worked with retailers that operate nationwide. I also represent private investors and developers.
I combine a commercial mindset with a practical approach, going above and beyond to deliver every time. Having practised for over two decades, there’s nothing I haven’t seen, and I can offer the insight clients need to navigate the natural challenges that come with any transaction with ease.
I’m not just another legal advisor. I’m a member of the client’s team, there to support from start to finish. I create partnerships that last, and I’ve worked with some of the same clients for many years.
There’s nothing like watching a project come together. Whenever I drive past a development, store or retail park and see that it’s officially open, it’s so rewarding to know I helped make that happen.
