I’m a clinical negligence expert, who’s experienced in defending complex claims that involve multi million pound settlements. I represent NHS Resolution.
I specialise in defending catastrophic clinical negligence claims, focusing particularly on cerebral palsy and adult brain injury claims.
Collaboration is the cornerstone of my approach. I form effective working relationships with claimant solicitors, so together, we can reach a settlement that’s fair and acceptable to everyone involved.
I’m a strong believer that every claim presents an opportunity to learn and improve. I offer the tailored training and strategic support that clients need.
Supporting local causes is something I’ve always valued. As part of this, I’m involved with the firm’s CSR committee in our Leeds office.
