As an Associate in Hill Dickinson’s Health Employment team, I advise on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues.
I predominantly work with clients within the healthcare sector and have the most significant experience successfully defending Employment Tribunal proceedings.
My expertise includes handling workplace disputes, drafting employment contracts, and guiding clients through disciplinary and grievance procedures.
My approach to working with clients is collaborative, I’m personable, friendly and am rewarded by building trusted relationships with clients.
Away from work, I love to travel, Mexico City being one of my favourite destinations.
