About me
As a highly experienced associate in Hill Dickinson’s Health Litigation team, I represent clients in the NHS on complex and high-value clinical negligence claims against hospitals, often including birth, spinal or brain injury.
Having advised on many cases over the course of my career, I understand how important it is to take a detailed and through approach to make sure my clients feel supported during what is usually a difficult and sensitive time.
I'm proud to have mentored several trainee solicitors throughout my career, many of whom have gone on to become partners at law firms today. It's an experience I've found really rewarding.
Away from work, I love visiting Finland and have done every year for the last 33 years, with my biggest inspiration - my wife. I enjoy Harper Lee’s writing, and my all-time favourite hit is The Beatles’ Here Comes the Sun.

- 14 cases in Court of Appeal.
- Reported cases, including Dhak -v- Insurance Company of North America.
- In 1998 I was instructed as part of a team on behalf of a Claimant who recovered the highest award in a clinical negligence case.
