About me
As Chief Executive Officer of Hill Dickinson, I’m responsible for leading the firm’s strategy, growth and culture and oversee our business operations. I bring a strong belief in purposeful leadership, combining commercial performance with a people-first approach that gives everyone the opportunity to contribute and thrive in our business.
I joined the firm in 2010 and have worked as a lawyer for more than 25 years, specialising in corporate transactions, private equity and M&A. Before becoming CEO in 2024, I led our Corporate team nationally and more recently our Business Services Group, the firm’s largest division.
Clients have always valued my ability to balance strategic vision with practical commercial delivery to achieve their goals. This is a mindset I now bring to the leadership of the firm as a whole.
