About me

I’m regularly instructed by corporate clients on a range of disputes – whether it’s breach of warranty claims, shareholder disagreements or situations where a company or its board needs strategic litigation input. Often, this involves helping them reshape commercial relationships or advising on how best to manage a potential dispute before it escalates.

My work also involves acting for both employers and employees in business protection disputes and I’ve successfully brought and defended multiple claims for injunctive relief, encompassing issues such as breaches of restrictive covenants, misuse of confidential information and more.

Beyond this, I represent businesses and individuals on a wide range of matters, from contractual claims such as breach and termination to defamation, misrepresentation and fraud.

Applying a professional and personable approach, I make it my mission to get to know every client and their business, allowing me to provide tailored and considered advice, at every stage of an instruction. My goal is to make my clients feel comfortable that I can be trusted to protect their interests as well as to understand the wider commercial factors which might affect them and/or their business.

My experience

  • Representing a group of property development companies defending various claims that are alleged to be worth upwards of £10 million. This is proceeding to the Court of Appeal on multiple grounds in early 2026.
  • Represented NHS England to defend a multi-million claim brought by Boots Opticians, for services claimed to have been rendered during the Coronavirus Pandemic.
  • Advised Xeinadin Group Limited in relation to multiple business protection issues.
  • Successfully settled a £3 million claim for breach of contract at a mediation which took place virtually with attendees from three countries and across multiple time zones, acting for the defendant.
  • Acted for an individual who was pursued by her previous employers for various breaches of restrictive covenants and misuse of confidential information, successfully obtaining judgment rejecting their application for interim injunctive relief against my client.
