About me
As a Corporate lawyer, I advise clients in the private sector on a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, early-stage investment rounds and general company secretarial matters.
I work with private equity firms, both national and early-stage companies and have particular experience acting for clients in the healthcare space.
Building strong relationships through close collaboration is so important to me. My aim is to become a wider part of your team who’s reliable, dependable and available when you need me.
Corporate transactions can be challenging and fast-moving, so I enjoy providing clients with concise, factual, accessible and calm advice.
The best part of what I do is helping clients get great results during some of the biggest moments in their careers and company journeys. It’s amazing to be part of that.

- Assisted with Downing’s investment in the social care sector with the acquisition of an operator of two purpose-built 50-bed care homes.
- Provided support on the Eleanor Healthcare Group’s acquisition of an award-winning, Care Quality Commission outstanding-rated care home.
- Supported an early-stage healthcare technology start-up with fundraising, providing capital for future progression.
- Assisted a Corporate team with a private equity investment to provide working capital to a leading supplier to the UK’s electricity network operators.
- Provided trainee support on a Corporate team’s advice to the shareholders of a branding and signage specialist on the sale of the business to a US-based company.
- I completed my BA in Law with Spanish and Spanish Law at the University of Nottingham and my LPC LLM at the University of Law (London Bloomsbury).
