Specialising solely in employment law, I help clients navigate complex issues with clarity and confidence, balancing legal risk with commercial priorities to achieve the best outcome.
I advise individuals along with employers with anywhere between one and 5000 employees.
For me, it’s not about just solving legal issues – it’s about building strong, lasting relationships based on trust and understanding. I become an extension of the client’s team, getting to know their business, culture and priorities, ensuring my advice is not only commercially sound, but aligned with their goals.
I’m commercially minded and direct, cutting through grey areas and getting straight to the point, offering clear and actionable advice to shape well-informed decision making. No issue is too small; I’m there for clients whenever they need me.
Making a difference for clients during challenging or uncertain times is what drives me. It’s rewarding to build long-term relationships and see the positive impact of my work over time, whether that’s helping a business grow or steering clients through complex disputes.
Outside of work, I always strive to be better and I’m passionate about developing my legal skills. I also volunteer at my local Donkey Sanctuary and compete in showjumping and figure skating.
