I defend claims on behalf of NHS health care providers and indemnifiers.
I’m experienced in defending high value and complex clinical negligence claims, covering a range of areas such as spinal cord and brain injuries, amputations and delayed diagnoses of cancer, along with obstetric claims, mental health claims and prescription errors.
I’m able to tease out complex issues, and explain them in lay people’s terms. My procedural and technical knowledge is excellent, and I have a keen eye for detail.
I take an empathetic approach and work closely with clients to reach fair outcomes that accurately reflect the circumstances of the case.
I understand that legal procedure can be stressful, and I try my best to assist clients through the process, keeping them updated and being there to offer support when needed.
