As a partner in our Corporate team and national head of our private equity group, I focus on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. My clients include private equity institutions, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, large corporates and management teams, as well as private equity-backed acquirers, owner-managers and founders.
My work includes acting for many of the UK’s leading investors such as Perwyn, LDC, NorthEdge, Waterland, Palatine, Maven, NVM and BGF on investments across multiple sectors. I also advise management teams on transactions backed by investors including Exponent, Inflexion, August Equity, All Seas Capital and Growth Capital Partners, and have acted on numerous buy-side and sell-side M&A deals for domestic and international clients including DEPT, Sykes Cottages, Caldic and Celnor.
