About me
I’m an experienced yachts lawyer and head of our Monaco office.
My practice is dedicated to supporting superyacht owners regardless of nationality, background, or circumstances and I frequently advise successful business owners.
My role is to help clients manage the legal issues that arise from using and operating super yachts, freeing them up to focus on enjoying the sailing experience. This covers a wide array of jurisdictions and areas of law, with a particular focus on contractual matters.
I’m on hand to help clients achieve their objectives, offering clear guidance, simplifying processes, dealing with challenges before they arise and presenting solutions when required. I’m quick to adapt, always keeping the time pressures clients face in mind, so nothing gets in the way of success.
Having been with the firm since 2002, I’m proud of the strong team we’ve built and all the great work we’ve done for our clients. I work alongside incredible colleagues and continually learn from their expertise and experience, which empowers me to keep evolving as a legal professional.
My experience
