About me
I’m a banking lawyer specialising in real estate finance, with over 20 years’ experience acting for institutional lenders, debt funds, challenger banks and property developers and investors.
This includes work on large-scale investment and development finance transactions, from high-profile green and SLL loans and structured club deals. My focus is always on practical solutions that get the deal done.
Clients value my no-nonsense, collaborative approach. I’m here to help structure complex deals, protect their long-term relationships, and move quickly from handshake to completion. I’m proud to lead the firm’s Finance & Investment sector and regularly advise on UK and cross-border transactions, including those involving Gibraltar and the Channel Islands.
Outside work, I stay grounded by hiking mountains and championing LandAid. I’ve raised over £13k for Teenage Cancer Trust, and Goodbye Stranger by Supertramp is the unofficial soundtrack to most of it.
