I’m an associate in Hill Dickinson’s Piraeus shipping team, specialising in sale and purchase transactions, ship finance, and corporate law. I advise Greek and international shipowners, banks, financial institutions and brokers on a range of high-value maritime deals.
My work covers everything from contract drafting and due diligence to advising on vessel registrations and compliance. Clients value my clear communication, efficiency and commitment to tailored, commercially sound advice in cross-border transactions.
Having studied in the UK and the Netherlands, I bring an international perspective that reflects the global nature of the shipping industry. I’m a Member of the Piraeus Bar Association and actively involved in our Accessibility, Health & Wellbeing Network.

- Provided legal assistance with dissolution of the operating licence of Branch office in Greece under Law 89.
- Provided S&P legal assistance and advice to the Buyers in respect of a US$21,700,000 vessel.
