I’m an experienced corporate lawyer who focuses on shipping and marine asset finance.
I advise on complex cross-border transactions including financing and refinancing high-value assets such as vessels, offshore rigs, floating platforms, yachts and aircraft, along with hire purchase agreements, structuring and enforcing security packages, joint ventures and share acquisitions.
Being experienced in handling multi-jurisdictional deals and compliance with international maritime regulations, I help clients navigate the legal complexities of global asset finance and ownership structures. Along with this, I’m a qualified notary public with 15 years of experience.
I represent a diverse client base including corporate entities, family offices, high-profile and high-net-worth individuals, investors, banking institutions and alternative financiers.
I build long-term relationships based on trust, serving as a strategic partner. I’m all about being proactive, taking the time to understand the client’s business as a whole, so I can deliver solutions that align with their broader strategic objectives.

Giving back is important to me, and I’m a legal advisor to the British Albanian Lawyers Association.

- Advised on the sale of the only 365 day a year luxury cruiser ‘Paul Gaugain’, advising on the vessel hire purchase option, transfer of ownership and vessel sale contract.
