About me
I’m a legal director in Hill Dickinson’s Shipping Finance team based in Piraeus, with over two decades of experience advising Greek and international banks and large syndicates across all forms of ship financing.
From newbuilds and second-hand vessels to sale and leaseback arrangements, I support banks, syndicates and shipowners with high-value, cross-border transactions for tankers, bulk carriers, containers, car carriers, LPGs, LNGs and FSRUs.
My role often involves structuring shipping loan agreements with multi-layered security packages, managing complex inter-creditor agreements, cross-collateral and guarantee facilities and supporting clients through restructurings or distressed loans.
Known for my calm, commercial approach and strong client relationships, I enjoy being more than just a lawyer – I’m a trusted adviser, helping clients navigate both opportunity and challenge.
I also share knowledge through speaking engagements on careers in shipping law and access to justice. Beyond work, I enjoy pool-swimming, water-skiing, playing basketball and running. I’m also keen on organising long road trips: West Coast USA was a particular highlight!
