About me
I’m a commercial disputes lawyer and work with clients to develop proactive strategies to resolve all manner of disputes and manage risk arising from problems in commercial relationships.
It’s my job to help minimise the impact of commercial disputes on the clients I work with. As an unwanted and potentially expensive distraction, I look to simplify the process for dealing with disputes, identifying risks and solutions in a clear and practical way.
With more than two decades of experience in dispute resolution, I guide and fully support my clients through formal proceedings where required – whether court or arbitration – and alternative dispute resolution where an approach such as mediation may be the better route.
My clients include companies, institutions, business owners and high-net-worth individuals.
I’m also involved in supervising trainee solicitors at the firm, helping to grow the next generation of lawyers, which is immensely satisfying.
Outside of work, you’ll find me running marathons, learning to ballroom dance and training hard for Ironman, whose ‘Anything is Possible’ motto I’ve now adopted as my own.
