My experience
- Advising a luxury wholesaler and designer of high-end fabrics on the sale and licence-back of intellectual property, securing a vital cash injection and preserving the employment and brand’s future legacy
- Advising on the strategic acquisition of a portfolio of 14 sites for a hospitality client through a pre-pack acquisition
- Advising the administrators on the sale of a luxury hotel, ensuring the continuity of operations and the safeguarding of 135 jobs for all employees
- Advising a Plan Company and various stakeholders on a number of ‘Pt 26A’ restructuring plans
- Advising the purchaser on the credit bid pre-pack acquisition of a portfolio of late-night bars or nightclubs, securing the continued employment of 498 employees
- Advising an international casual dining client in relation to a complex solution to address underperforming franchisees in the UK which involved a series of solvent and insolvent transactions.
