About me
I’m a dedicated family lawyer who has practised since 2007.
I represent people in UK proceedings, whether they’re based in this country or overseas. I advise married and unmarried clients on resolving financial matters, while I’m considered an expert in complex children work and I’m well known for my nuptial agreement work.
I’m honest to a fault. I’ll always be open with clients, even when it involves a difficult conversation, and I provide unwavering support, no matter how tough the circumstances or legal factors at play.
I consider it a privilege that I get to support people when they’re in a vulnerable position or facing uncertain times in their lives. I take this responsibility seriously, building strong relationships based on trust and empathy, while acting with integrity, so clients can depend on me to deliver.
Supporting my colleagues is also a priority for me. I lead our legal directors networking group in our Liverpool office and I’m a member of our neurodiversity networking group. I also co-founded and co-host a networking group for local solicitors with a private children law practice.
I like to keep busy in my spare time. I’m a mum to three boys and I also volunteer as a respite carer for trainee assistance dogs for the national charity, Dogs for Good.
My experience

- Acted on behalf of a husband in one case, and a wife in the other, in two cases involving the receipt, prior to separation, of significant sums of compensation.
- Regularly instructed on cases involving significant business and/or pension interests.
- Frequently instructed to draft, or advise upon pre and post nuptial agreements, and cohabitation agreements, often recommended by other local solicitors.
- Member of Resolution, and Resolution Accredited Specialist in Complex Finances and Private Children Law.
