Commercial real estate is my area of expertise. I focus particularly on real estate finance and property development.
I work with a diverse mix of clients, ranging from real estate developers, investors, banks, lenders and borrowers to energy companies and high net worth individuals.
Every transaction I work on is important to me, and every time I go the extra mile to achieve the best possible outcome. My approach is to deliver pragmatic solutions, shaped by the client’s specific circumstances, that give them the ability to act swiftly while safeguarding their interests.
I’m never reactive – I’m always proactive, doing everything in my power to address any challenges quickly and keep things moving. Project managing complex transactions and meeting tight deadlines is something that motivates me, especially when it leads to successful results for clients.
I believe it’s important to guide and support lawyers who are just starting out and as part of this, I’m a member of our London office’s trainee committee.
