I specialise in real estate and lead Hill Dickinson’s Retail and Leisure sector. I advise landlords, tenants, investors and developers on a wide range of commercial property matters, from portfolio management and acquisitions to development agreements and strategic estate planning.
My clients include high-profile retailers, national chains and international operators. I’m known for my no-nonsense attitude and collaborative style and always focus on delivering clear, commercial advice that supports business goals.
Whether navigating a time-sensitive deal or shaping long-term strategy, I take pride in being accessible, solutions-driven and easy to work with. I enjoy building long-term relationships with clients and being a trusted sounding board throughout the property lifecycle.
Outside of work, I’m happiest by the sea, with recent escapes to the Scilly Isles proving a firm family favourite. I also speak basic French and share a playlist with more Bruce Springsteen than most people would admit.
