About me

I specialise in shipping, international trade and commodities, acting for clients across the global maritime industry.

I assist clients in navigating high-stakes disputes and managing risk with confidence. My clients include shipowners, managers, charterers, brokers, service providers and their insurers.

I handle the full spectrum of shipping disputes, including those which arise under charterparties, bills of lading, shipbuilding contracts, MOAs, ship management agreements, commission and agency agreements, and sale and purchase transactions. I also regularly assist in coordinating multi-jurisdictional litigation as well as London Court and London arbitration proceedings

Alongside contentious work, I advise on the full lifecycle of commercial shipping contracts, including charterparty drafting and negotiation, MOAs, ship management agreements, shipbuilding contracts and a wide range of services, broker and intermediary agreements.

Clients value my ability to combine technical expertise with a practical, commercially focused approach. I take the time to understand their business, market pressures and strategic priorities, ensuring that my advice is aligned with their broader commercial objectives.

I’m recognised for my ability to anticipate challenges, identify risk early and deliver clear, solutions-driven guidance.
