About me
I’m a legal director based in our Singapore office, with more than 15 years’ experience in the shipping, oil and gas and mining sectors. My work spans mergers and acquisitions, asset acquisitions, corporate finance, foreign investment and joint-venture structures, particularly within the energy and shipping industries.
I act for project owners, energy companies, ship-owning companies, state-owned enterprises, banks and financiers. As Hill Dickinson’s only Indonesian-qualified lawyer, I bring cultural understanding and an extensive network in both Indonesia and Singapore to every transaction.
Before joining Hill Dickinson, I practised at leading international commodities and shipping firms and served as in-house counsel to PT Pertamina (Persero), Indonesia’s national oil company. I hold an LLM in Corporate, Finance and Commercial Law from the University of Queensland, Australia and an LLB in Economics and Business Law from Parahyangan Catholic University.
Outside work, I love travelling, doing yoga, playing tennis and padel and reading Pramoedya Ananta Toer. I am also a music enthusiast and enjoy listening to Queen and Kendrick Lamar.
