About me

As a Legal Director at Hill Dickinson, I specialise in cross-border transactions, regulatory frameworks and strategic contracts across AI-tech, payments, travel/hospitality, marine/logistics and ESG sectors.

I’m a dual-qualified Solicitor (England and Wales; and Argentina, a civil law jurisdiction) with over 15 years of international experience, advising global clients on complex commercial negotiations, international expansions and multi-jurisdictional compliance across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC; with significant focus in UK, Spain, Europe and Latin America.

Before joining Hill Dickinson, I advised leading organisations including Volkswagen, Mediterranean Shipping Company Group and American Express Global Business Travel on complex international transactions, strategic projects and regulatory compliance worldwide.

I hold an Executive MBA from Warwick Business School, an LLM from Queen Mary University of London and an MSc in Business Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and Bucerius Law School.

Fluent Spanish, English, Italian, French and Portuguese with a proven ability to navigate multicultural environments, I frequently speak at international forums and publish thought leadership on AI, travel law, and innovation.
