About me
I’m an expert in corporate tax law.
I’m here to support clients on the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, real estate transactions, corporate structuring and employee incentive arrangements. Along with this, I provide clients with specialist guidance when navigating disputes with tax authorities.
The kinds of clients I work with include publicly listed and private companies, private equity funds, owner-managed businesses as well as property developers and investors.
I work closely with clients to identify the root problem and achieve their aims by delivering practical, risk-focused solutions to even the most complex tax challenges.
Having spent seven years working for HMRC, I have a unique insight into how tax authorities operate, giving me the expertise to help clients identify and resolve issues that could impact their tax profile.
I’m passionate about broadening access to the legal profession, and I’ve worked with non-profits and e-learning providers to run workshops for students looking to pursue careers in law.
I have two young children, who mean everything to me. In my spare time, I like to walk my dog and play football.
