About me

I’m a corporate lawyer who specialises in international business reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate advisory matters.

I advise private and public companies on complex cross-border transactions, Listing Rules and regulatory compliance as well as corporate governance and strategic global restructurings.

As an international business reorganisations expert, I help multinational businesses reshape their operations to respond to changing commercial priorities, economic conditions and regulatory developments. My role is to bring structure and clarity to complex projects, ensuring legal, operational and governance considerations remain aligned throughout the process.

I offer the clear advice, commercial insight and robust support clients need to make important decisions under pressure and find practical solutions to move forward with confidence.

Having lived in Sydney, Shanghai and Hong Kong, and being admitted in both Hong Kong and New South Wales (Australia), I bring an international perspective that enables me to understand the challenges businesses face when operating across different economic and cultural environments.

I’m passionate about helping others realise their potential and support various mentorship initiatives including the Hong Kong Law Society’s Young Solicitors Group and the Hong Kong Government’s Strive and Rise Programme.
