About me
I’m a litigator who supports clients through challenging disputes, helping them reach outcomes that protect their interests and move things forward.
I work with banks, financiers, insurers, shipowners, commodity traders and high net-worth individuals.
My goal is always to resolve conflicts as quickly and efficiently as possible. In situations where it’s necessary however, I can conduct international arbitration and take cases up to the Court of Final Appeal.
My areas of expertise include international trade, maritime, commercial and financial, medical and pharmaceutical, construction and sports law. I often advise on cross-border asset recovery, shareholder and joint venture disputes along with liquidation, regulatory, employment matters and trust issues.
I act as an extension of the team and there’s a number of clients I’ve worked with over many years. The real measure of success for me is earning a client’s trust. It makes everything I do worth it, giving me the opportunity to forge a true partnership and be there for the client for years to come.

My experience
- Full spectrum of maritime and trade law, from dry to wet, from port to shipbuilding, from sale to carriage.
- Acted for Indian largest metal trading house against various Indian banks defending claims for NPAs, with a total amount exceeding USD 100 million.
- Acted for a top-tier European bank subjected to a CEO scam leading on multi-jurisdictional projects to trace and recover funds exceeding EUR 50 million.
- Acted for a global commodity trading house headquartered in London against a top-notch blockchain-enabled platform on claims totalling USD 80 million pursuant to financing arrangements on Venezuelan state-owned oil trading.
- Acted for a high-net-worth couple against various banks in Hong Kong on mis-selling of derivative financial products of approximately US$10 million worth, successfully defending all enforcement actions.
- Acted for the minority shareholders of a Fiji resort business in obtaining urgent interim relief restraining the majority shareholders from expelling the former from the board of directors and in seeking disclosure orders in relation to the bank and finance matters of the business.
