About me
My mission is to provide the support clients need to realise their commercial property ambitions.
I work with investors, lenders, retailers, transport operators, utility providers, landlords, tenants, marine clients with property interests, barristers’ chambers, residential purchasers and sellers.
Areas I advise on include acquisitions, disposals, property investment, landlord and tenant matters, real estate finance and corporate transactions along with residential conveyancing and finance.
Empathy and emotional intelligence underpin my approach. I work closely with clients to understand not just their needs, but their business and their ambitions. This allows me to provide the pragmatic guidance they need to act decisively and guarantee success.
Client satisfaction means the world to me. I go above and beyond, always striving to exceed expectations and build long-term relationships so I can support clients whatever lays ahead.
Helping others is a priority for me. I’ve volunteered to help redecorate subsidised accommodation for retired seafarers and carried out pro bono work in my local area.
I’m also a huge animal lover. I own a small craft business, which sells laser engraved pet portraits, while also being a trustee and head of governance at Hector’s Greyhound Rescue charity.

- Clients include AMK2 Real Estate, Domino’s Pizza, Co-operative Group Food, United Utilities, First Group, Santander and HSBC.
- Acted on a £9.9 million acquisition for property investor client of a mixed-use site in Dover.
- Acted for Hundred Court Chambers on the acquisition of its new head chambers in Exchange Station Liverpool following the merger of two of Liverpool’s oldest barristers chambers, Oriel and Atlantic Chambers.
- Is CQS (Conveyancing Quality Scheme) accredited.
