I support clients with ship finance, vessel sale and purchase, completion services, company secretarial matters and a variety of commercial maritime transactions. The kind of clients I work for range from ship owning companies to banks and other financial institutions.
The client’s commercial interests are always at the front of my mind. My approach is to listen carefully and explain clearly, working hand in hand with clients to determine the best way forward. In doing so, I build long term relationships, so clients know they can depend on me, whatever the future holds.
Challenges inspire me. Naturally proactive, I identify issues early and remain calm under pressure, even when timelines are tight, so nothing prevents my clients from attaining the desired results.
There’s just nothing like bringing together the many moving parts of a transaction, transforming them into a successful deal and helping the client achieve their strategic goals. I find it truly satisfying!
