About me
I’m a shipping law specialist, whose practice covers all aspects of the carriage of goods by sea.
I advise on various shipping matters from charterparty and MOA disputes to marine insurance and casualties. As part of this, I often support clients in arbitration, High Court and Court of Appeal proceedings, while also advising on UN, EU, US and UK sanctions law.
The kinds of clients I work with include ship owners, financiers and insurers, as well as charterers and commodities traders.
I deliver tailor-made solutions that clients can rely on to bring about effective outcomes. I adapt quickly when circumstances change, navigating challenges with confidence to keep matters moving forward and secure results that align with my clients’ commercial objectives.
I like to give back, and I often volunteer at my local neighbourhood community kitchen. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, as well as going to the cinema and the theatre.
