I specialise in commercial property law, supporting both private companies and NHS bodies on property-related transactional matters within the healthcare industry. Areas I advise on include leases, estate management, disposals and acquisitions, refinancing and landlord and tenant queries.
Clients appreciate my responsiveness, attention to detail, strategic mindset and ability to keep cool under pressure. I aim to build strong, collaborative relationships, so they can trust me to deliver. My approach is to gain a sound understanding of my client’s needs, appetite for risk and preferences, tailoring the advice I provide and the way I work to suit them, so together we can reach successful outcomes.
Making the world a better place is important to me. I find my work so rewarding for that exact reason – it allows me to make a direct impact on the delivery of healthcare in our local communities.
I like to get involved in making my firm a great place to work as well, assisting with charity and social events, and I love baking. One day, I’d really like to be a solicitor who also owns their own baking chain!
