About me
I help healthcare clients navigate and resolve clinical negligence and medical malpractice claims. My clients include pharmacies, private clinicians, hospitals and insurers as well as NHS clients including trusts and general practitioners.
My caseload covers a wide variety of cosmetic surgery and pharmaceutical claims in the private sector as well as GP, paediatric and fatal claims under the NHS. I also help the wider team with complex, high value cases including birth injury and brain injury claims.
I take pride in being supportive and reliable. I’m on hand to guide clients every step of the way, making the litigation process easy to understand so they can navigate it with confidence. Having worked for both claimants and defendants, I have a unique perspective, providing me with insight I can use to craft effective strategies and reach the best outcomes.
My experience
- Experience dealing with clinical negligence claims brought against the NHS, private insurer clients and a medical defence organisation.
- Undertook a secondment at the Care Quality Commission in its Adult Social Care team before qualifying.
- Moved to a leading group litigation firm in November 2021 to work on a range of clinical negligence and medical product liability group actions.
