About me
I’m a legal director in the firm’s Corporate team focusing on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and corporate reorganisations.
My clients are typically owner-managed businesses, private equity houses and other financial institutions, and also high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs.
As someone who’s client-focused and solution-orientated, my first priority is always to fully understand my clients’ needs so that we achieve desired results in the most pragmatic way. It’s important never to lose sight of that – my clients know they can rely on me to put the work in to achieve the best commercially sound and realistic solution.
My biggest reward is to be treated as an extended part of a client’s team, especially when that close working relationship means I can deliver the desired results ahead of time.
I balance the demands of my work by playing golf and climbing mountains, but I’m also an active member of the firm’s mental health policy group and trainee committee, advocating for career progression opportunities and employee wellbeing. We do that really well at Hill Dickinson.
