About me
I’m a partner in the Real Estate team with significant experience in acquisitions, disposals, portfolio management and development projects. I advise a broad client base including PLCs, private investors, developers, high-net-worth individuals, and public and third-sector bodies.
My work spans leasehold transactions, site disposals to residential developers, and projects in the industrial, leisure, and student accommodation sectors. I’ve acted on complex regeneration schemes and high-value disposals, including representing United Utilities, Peel on the Wirral Waters regeneration, and offshore investors in multi-let industrial portfolios.
Clients value my commercial, cost-effective approach, and the importance I place on being accessible and proactive in identifying solutions early. I’m proud to be regarded as a trusted adviser.
Outside work I love to travel. My most memorable trips have been to Japan - unforgettable sensory overload. I also find myself frequently reading about history, anything by Max Hastings or Simon Schama will do.
