About me
Having practised for over two decades, I’m a specialist planning and environmental lawyer.
I advise on commercial, retail, leisure, residential, mixed-use, energy, waste, infrastructure and commodities developments. My clients include developers, landowners, funders and various organisations in the private sector such as NHS Trusts and local authorities.
I bring deep expertise in guiding complex planning schemes, shaping strategy, streamlining procedures and driving successful outcomes. I’m also well known for my skill in preparing applications, appeals and supporting technical information.
Clients describe me as a good team player and that’s very much the way how I operate. I work as an extension of the client’s team, building relationships that last. I work to understand what clients need and deliver the commercial, pragmatic guidance they can depend on to act confidently.
I truly enjoy partnering with clients to achieve outcomes that matter most to them. Being part of their journey as they bring their vision to life is truly fulfilling and inspiring.
