I am a corporate law specialist who works with local businesses, along with larger firms, across the UK and internationally. Areas I support on include mergers and acquisitions, private equity, tax-solvent corporate reorganisations, equity capital markets and corporate governance.
Collaboration and pragmatism sit at the heart of my practice. My approach is to gain a sound understanding of a situation and explain complex information in a way that’s easy to grasp, while ensuring I remain readily available to effectively deal with any issues, should they crop up.
I’m a problem solver by nature. I take any issue that comes my way and examine it through a commercial lens, so I can help my clients achieve their goals in the most cost-effective way possible.
I find it truly satisfying watching a client grow their business and make a positive impact in their local community. Knowing I had even a small part to play in making that happen makes it all worth it.
My experience
- Acted for a listed Japanese office equipment provider on its acquisition of a UK-based office furniture manufacturer.
- Advised Spanish-based flavour, fragrance and feed additives supplier, Lucta S.A. on its acquisition of fragrance manufacturer, Quintessence Fragrances.
- Advised a German floor and tiling manufacturer on its multi-jurisdictional intragroup corporate reorganisation, manoeuvring in excess of £250m of assets.
- Acted for Revolution Beauty Group plc on its AIM IPO with a market capitalisation of above £500m on IPO.
- Acted for a venture capital investment firm in the photonics industry on its acquisition of a UK based components manufacturer.
