I’m a Partner in our London Real Estate team and specialise in advising on complex projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
My clients include data centre owners and operators, property companies, financial institutions, high net worth individuals and charities. I have transactional experience across a range of sectors including hotels, retail, student accommodation, offices and logistics.
My approach is rooted in keeping a commercial perspective to successfully drive transactions to completion. I provide clear strategic advice that keeps deals moving while effectively managing risk. My focus is always on delivering commercial solutions for my clients and getting the deal done.

- Acting on the £200 million financing of a redevelopment site on the Southbank, London.
- Acting for a private investor on the £125 million corporate acquisition of a central London hotel.
- Advising a leading Israeli insurance and finance group on the £117 million sale of office premises in central London.
- Providing advice to developers and investors on the acquisition and disposal of student accommodation assets across the UK and the funding of student accommodation developments, with particular expertise in forward commitment acquisitions - total value exceeding £200 million.
- Advising a leading international property developer on the real estate aspects of its £775 million refinancing of a high-profile development site in London.
