- Acted for banks and financial institutions on substantial secured lending transactions, including property finance, refinancing and drafting certificates of title.
- Acted for an air ambulance service on completion of an option agreement to purchase land subject to receiving satisfactory planning permission for a new air base, the subsequent purchase of which made national news.
- Worked on property components of corporate transactions, including due diligence, risk review and integration of real estate into broader deal structure.
- Acted for NHS organisations and healthcare providers on the disposal of strategic land assets, including sites earmarked for residential development and surplus estate rationalisation across the North-West and London.
