I work within our Corporate team, and I have particular expertise in share and asset acquisitions, disposals, mergers, private equity backed transactions and investments along with corporate governance matters and joint ventures.
I’m here to support clients who are looking to buy and sell shares in companies, as well as national and international business groups, private equity investors and funds.
I take the time to understand what matters most to my clients, tailoring my approach to deliver practical, commercially focused advice. I provide hands-on support at every stage of the transaction, ensuring matters run smoothly to achieve timely, effective outcomes.
