About me

I’m an experienced shipping lawyer who helps clients navigate difficult legal issues and meet their goals. I work with shipowners, charterers, traders, insurers, P&I clubs and underwriters.

I specialise in handling both ‘dry’ and ‘wet’ shipping matters such as disputes relating to charterparties, carriage of goods by sea, MOAs, collisions, salvage, general average and marine insurance matters. I also handle international trade matters such as disputes arising out of sale and purchase contracts.

Clients describe me as “extremely hardworking” and “always willing to go the extra mile” and this sums up the way I operate. I work very closely with clients and their teams, familiarising myself with their requirements and challenges so I can offer a highly tailored service suited to their situation.

The breadth and depth of my expertise makes me stand out, giving me the insight I need to analyse a matter from every perspective, ensuing I offer well-rounded guidance to enable success.

My experience
