About me
I’m a specialist in healthcare real estate who focuses on transactions involving GP surgeries, medical centres, pharmacies and wider NHS estates. I advise on acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, underleases, title investigations and property due diligence.
I act for NHS Property Services, GP practices, Integrated Care Boards, clients in the private sector and investors, while also offering healthcare expertise on broader real estate matters.
I’m efficient yet thorough and I’m always focused on achieving the best outcome. With strong real estate expertise and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, I provide pragmatic guidance that helps clients act decisively, navigate specialist requirements and mitigate risk factors.
I love solving complex problems and making a real impact. My role lets me do both – supporting clients through challenges to deliver projects that strengthen frontline healthcare services.
Giving back matters to me. I get involved in team fundraising events and community projects, while I’m also a committee member of a local grassroots football club.
Outside of work I enjoy travelling, spending time with family, playing football and going to the gym.

- Commercial landlord and tenant matters including drafting and negotiating leases, licences and associated property documentation.
- Real estate finance transactions for institutional lenders including carrying out due diligence, preparing security documents and co-ordinating completion.
- Transactional property work including sales and purchases of land and property, adverse possession claims and first registrations.
- Drafting real estate documents such as leases, section 25 notices, statutory declarations, rent deposit deeds, licences and heads of terms.
- Supporting large scale transactions including assisting corporate teams with property elements of corporate support work.
