As a partner in the Employment team, I help clients navigate people-related legal risks across a wide range of sectors including professional services, media, financial services and manufacturing.
My practice includes workplace investigations and I provide clients with a range of investigation services. These include undertaking complex and sensitive staff investigations - such as allegations involving bullying, discrimination, harassment and whistleblowing - and offering a service whereby my team manages clients’ day-to-day HR investigations into disciplinary and grievance matters.
I also advise on contingent workforce issues and have led large-scale compliance projects across multiple jurisdictions.
