About me
I specialise in commercial property transactions, advising a wide range of clients on the sale and purchase of commercial properties, the management of commercial leases and title investigations.
The clients I work with include landlords, tenants and investor purchasers and I have particular expertise in dealing with logistics companies, giving me a strong understanding of what they might need to operate from a property.
My aim is to guide you smoothly through the process, keeping you updated at every stage, so that you always know the progress we’re making.
As one of Hill Dickinson’s first apprentice solicitors, joining the firm as a paralegal apprentice in 2015, clients get the benefit of an associate with eight years of pre-qualification on-the-job experience.
The most rewarding part of my role I find is identifying a solution to an issue that works for all parties. I’m extremely well organised and love to hear that clients view me as an extension of their own team.
My experience
- Acting for DHL on the grant of various lease and leasehold management transactions such as licences for alterations, deeds of variation, rent review memorandums.
- Acting for the landlord owner of a large office building on the grant of multiple new leases and lease renewals.
- Acting for Kuehne + Nagel Limited on the sale of various properties to XPO (now known as GXO) in 2020.
- Acting for the investor landlord on the grant of new leases and lease renewals across a range of sites.
- Acting for an investor client on purchase of mixed-use, multi-let investments site with funding.
