About me
I’m a Consultant at Hill Dickinson, having previously been a partner until 2021. I advise corporate and institutional clients on commercial litigation, competition and administrative law and regulatory challenges, often in high-stakes, complex cases.
With over four decades of experience, I’ve worked across sectors including financial services, retail, and higher education. I’ve acted in judicial review, shareholder disputes and international arbitration and represented clients in major public inquiries such as the Manchester Arena Inquiry. I also advise on compliance with competition and financial regulation. Clients appreciate my strategic thinking, objectivity and ability to identify the best realistically available solution. I’m also an experienced mediator and have successfully facilitated settlements of both commercial and personal disputes.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing orchestral music and greatly admire conductor Daniel Barenboim for his work in uniting people through music.
