About me
I’m a non-executive director at Hill Dickinson, having served as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer from 2016 to 2023. In that role, I led firmwide strategic initiatives, operational improvement and organisational change. This supports our evolution into a more agile, client-focused business.
Today, I bring that experience to the Board, helping shape decisions around governance, performance and long-term planning. I also support the senior leadership team as a mentor and strategic sounding board.
My background includes a first-class degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath and over 20 years as a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.
What motivates me now is seeing the continued growth of the firm, and the people within it, from a different vantage point.
