My practice focuses on shipping related disputes, helping clients settle, pursue and defend claims relating to charterparties, bills of lading, MOAs, salvage contracts and contracts of affreightment.
The client’s commercial objectives are always front of mind for me. The advice I provide is pragmatic and strategic, offering clients a clear route through which to bring their ambitions to life. There’s nothing more fulfilling than providing support which helps a client achieve their goals.
