About me

I’m a transactional and corporate lawyer specialising mainly in non-contentious matters, corporate law, ship sale and purchase, ship finance and yacht transactions.

Most of my work focuses on corporate matters related to Marshall Islands and Liberian entities, including corporate actions and structuring for corporations, limited liability companies and limited partnerships.

Whatever the matter, my approach is to understand the client’s way of thinking and individual needs, to create a meaningful connection that allows me to produce effective results in an efficient and collaborative manner.

I also deal with transactional shipping matters, including financing arrangements of newbuilding and second-hand vessels, sale and purchase, restructurings and escrow arrangements. Additionally, I advise clients on the application of the Economic Substance Regulations enacted in the Marshall Islands.

I’d like clients to perceive me as respectful, understanding and eager to assist. I’m fluent in Greek and speak basic French, and find building strong relationships with the people I work with, both colleagues and clients, to be the most rewarding part of my role.

My experience

  • Graduate of the European University of Cyprus (2020).
  • Member of Athens Bar Association (2022).
