I’m here for my clients every step of the way, providing the hands-on support and strategic direction they need to resolve disputes effectively and in their favour.
My practice covers the full range of contentious wet and dry shipping disputes, including those relating to charterparties, bills of lading, MOAs, and marine insurance contracts. I work with ship owners and charterers, as well as ship insurers, including P&I clubs and cargo firms.
Having practiced for nearly two decades, I know my field of expertise inside out. I combine my specialist knowledge, with an ability to zero in on key issues, providing clear, actionable advice that clients can rely on to navigate any dispute effectively, no matter how complex the issues involved.
A team player, I always listen, ensuring I provide solutions that align fully with my client’s commercial goals.
