About me
I’m an employment lawyer who works with a range of clients, from large corporates to SMEs. I advise on a variety of day-to-day HR issues such as contracts, employment policies, settlement agreements, disciplinaries, grievances, breaches of post-termination restrictions, redundancies and performance management. I also support clients with complex Employment Tribunal litigation, corporate transactions and immigration-related matters like visa queries and compliance.
My goal is to be a trusted advisor to my clients, who listens to and understands their needs and offers clear and practical advice, tailored to their situation. I take a proactive, collaborative approach, blending strong technical skills with a passion for innovation to help clients simplify processes and achieve their goals.
I take great satisfaction in making a difference – whether it’s for my clients, colleagues or communities. I find it especially rewarding when I get to help clients navigate challenging situations. I also act as a mentor to colleagues and take part in charity fundraisers. I even organised a Three Peaks Challenge which raised £4,500!
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking with my dog in the Peaks and the Lakes, as well as yoga and Pilates.
