About me
I’m a specialist in employment law.
My practice spans both contentious and non-contentious matters. I’m experienced in handling employment litigation issues such as unfair dismissal, discrimination and protected disclosures.
Alongside this, I assist clients with drafting employment contracts and polices, as well as advising on various day-to-day matters such as disciplinaries, sickness absences and grievances.
I combine legal expertise with commercial insight, offering clients the straightforward advice they need to break down complex issues and make sound decisions. I take a tailored approach, accounting for each client’s unique circumstances, so I can offer the support they need to achieve their aim.
Having worked as a Paralegal before qualifying, I bring hands-on experience, using this to help clients anticipate issues before they arise and resolve workplace disputes effectively.
Through my role I get the opportunity to build relationships that last and make a real difference, empowering clients to deliver for their people.
Outside work, I’m an avid runner and I also enjoy taking part in fitness competitions.
